		<description>Where were you when I was trying to explain this to my investors? On a personal note I chose the s-corp to avoid the double taxation but I had a tough time deciding before the S-corp and the LLC, I think what pushed me over to the s-corp was the fact that I may have actual empoyees someday. Too bad for my business that the real estate market has tanked.</description>
